艾迪·凯什,新闻摄影记者、电影制作人、教育家，致力于记录这个时代的社会和政治问题,其作品视角敏锐，紧扣当下主题。艾迪·凯什将在本届大展展示三部系列作品，《叙利亚迷失的一代》、《尼日利亚北部宗教冲突》和《尼加拉瓜寡妇岛》。  

Ed Kashi is a photojournalist, filmmaker and educator dedicated to documenting the social and political issues that define our times.A sensitive eye and an intimate relationship to his subjects are signatures of his work. For this exhibition I've selected work from three recent projects- ‘SYRIA'S LOST GENERATION’ ‘RELIGIOUS CONFLICT, NORTHERN NIGERIA’ ‘ISLAND OF WIDOWS, NICARAGUA’ .

我的影像关注人性，关注我们的世界，我深信图片可以改变人们的思想，也相信新闻摄影师和纪实摄影师的作品能够给世界带来积极影响。人们愿意让摄影师走进他们的生活，这种机会弥足珍贵，也是摄影师完成创作的重要保证。他们那种开放的态度让我认识到必须讲述事实，也必须尊重他们的生活。

 

I take on issues that stir my passions about the state of humanity and our world, and I deeply believe in the power of still images 

to change people’s minds. I’m driven by this fact; that the work of photojournalists and documentary photographers can have a 

positive impact on the world. The access people give to their lives is precious as well as imperative for this important work to get 

done. Their openness brings with it a tremendous sense of responsibility to tell the truth but to also honor their stories.”
